# [Tour Day 912: Yours](https://myreuniontour.com/my-reflections/tour-day-912-yours)

Recall those childhood years

Where we were so focused on

Protecting what’s mine

Whether crayons or toys.

❤️

Some days I wonder

Whether I have grown up

Enough to see how others

Have even greater needs.

❤️

I can be so focused on

Protecting what’s mine

I forget Your greater command.

Loving the lonely, the poor, the stranger.

❤️

We may think we earned it

But deep down we know

It was Your provision all along.

All of it.  Never mine. Always

Yours.
