Offered as either a 7-week online journey or a 2-day in-person intensive, the workshop is a journey to recognize, honor, and release your inner Loyal Soldier — the faithful protector that once helped you survive and succeed, but may now keep you from deeper freedom. Through teaching, reflection, journaling, and a sacred Release Ceremony, you’ll step into grace, rest, and renewal. 

This cohort experience is designed for:

• Adults (often 50+) navigating major life transitions (retirement, caregiving, loss, reinvention).
• Anyone sensing that old patterns of striving or self-protection no longer serve them.

Online sessions will be held weekly via Zoom; each session will last approximately 90 minutes. The 2-day in-person intensive will be held in Tampa, Florida. You will receive a Participant Workbook with journaling prompts and oneLife Maps exercises to work on between sessions. 

We understand life happens. All online sessions will not be formally recorded (to protect confidentiality), but you will have access to session materials, journaling prompts, and encouragement to stay connected with your small group. 

• Attend weekly sessions as consistently as possible (online workshop) or attend the full 2-day intensive by being as present as possible.
• Engage with reflection prompts and One Life Maps between sessions.
• Honor group confidentiality and listening guidelines.
• Provide feedback and, if the experience is meaningful, a testimonial.
