My Story
My Reunion Tour, surprisingly, began with a reading assignment given by my coach on the eve of an in-person retreat. She said read this book, but if you don’t have time to read it all, just review these three pages.
Being in a coaching relationship was itself hard to believe. I had always been the one leading, from high school into my 60s. Class officer, dorm head resident, youngest VP and CEO within a global nonprofit movement, and later founder of a national technology organization.
All that came crashing down on the eve of the pandemic, after a stint as VP at a multi-national tech firm. I was burned out, washed up, and exhausted with my career.

A friend from a faith/business mastermind came along side me. Teresa recognized parts of her story in the wreckage of my life. She shared not only what became her signature life management framework, she also shared her experience in spiritual direction as an important part of her story.
I had nothing to lose. I knew that my life was unsustainable, unrewarding, and unfulfilling without greater rhythms and balance.
What I did not realize then was that God was already in the process of pruning away dead branches of a false Identity of doing and inviting me into a life of Grace by being.

Beginning in November 2021, I started capturing my emerging faith transformation and tentatively sharing my writing and photography on social media. The comments received encouraged me to continue writing and posting several times per week. Many of these posts now have their forever home here at My Reunion Tour Blog.
In addition to Imaginative Writing as a process, I immersed myself in other faith-based workshops, tools, and experiences. A few of these are referenced here on the website.
