Sessions will be held weekly via Zoom. Each session will last approximately 90 minutes. You will also receive a Participant Workbook with journaling prompts and One Life Maps exercises to work on between sessions.
We understand life happens. Sessions will not be formally recorded (to protect confidentiality), but you will have access to session materials, journaling prompts, and encouragement to stay connected with your small group.
- Attend weekly sessions as consistently as possible.
