For many years, I measured my life by what I could achieve. Titles, responsibilities, milestones, and metrics became the compass that guided me forward. And yet, somewhere along the way, the compass needle began to falter. Achievement gave me applause, but not peace. Leadership gave me purpose, but not rest.

It was in the stillness of surrender that My Reunion Tour began. Like the prodigal son who finally “came to his senses” and turned toward home (Luke 15:17), I heard God’s quiet invitation: let go of striving, and return to being. This was not a call to abandon my gifts, but to discover them anew in Christ’s presence.

This journey has not been easy. To lay down the identity of the tireless achiever is to grieve what once sustained you. But on the other side of release, there is joy. There is laughter again. There is life. “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10).

My Reunion Tour is both personal and communal. It is the story of my own return, and the invitation for others to join in theirs. It is for executives who find themselves restless at the peak of success, for leaders who sense God is calling them to something deeper, for anyone who longs for a faith that is lived with authenticity and courage.
