So many fragments

Too many life stories

Swirling about my head

All unfiltered, causing worries.

Leaves us mired in regrets,

Without a Holy outlet

Creates a life we want to forget.

Is this the life we want?

Stuck in the past, all our days

You beckon us to forgive, giving

Grace, following Your Way.

Wholeness and healing evasive

When we run, or worse seek to hide.

By connecting the dots from up High

We can begin to release what’s inside.

Peaks and valleys work together
