There are days 

When the world 

Crashes down 

All around us.

We awake with expectancy 

Yet, our hopes are dashed. 

And we have to make 

Different, hard decisions.  

**

In those moments 

We lift our eyes to You. 

We cry out for guidance 

We seek Your Hope. 

**

Only You 

Number our days. 

And know what is 

Yet to come. 

**

We draw near.  

We need Your comfort.  

Most of all, we need 

Your Peace.
