The best time of day?

A matter of debate. 

For some, it is before dawn

Others, just before rest.

In the middle,

So many demands 

Upon our time. 

It can be hard to think.

Yet, no matter our circumstance 

You are Present 

Available to listen to us

But are we listening to You?

It is said

You know a person’s priorities 

By how we spend our money

But isn’t it even more telling 

By how we spend our time?

So let me this day be

Mindful of what can never be

Created nor returned.
